Everything is what i need and want.

The location was convenient, with an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Every staff member was competent and brilliantly helpful. We were offered a room with beautiful views of the well-maintained gardens and picturesque swimming pool.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and understanding.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the main road and easy to find. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

I visited during the dry season, and the temperature dropped significantly at night. The heating system in the room was not sufficient to keep me warm, and I had to rely on extra blankets to stay comfortable.

The hotel staff offered complementary popcorn and Christmas hats, which was a nice touch. the location was great as it was near lots of shops and restaurants. the gym facilities were good and allowed me to continue my fitness routine.

The swimming pool was not clean and it took several days for the staff to clean it. my room was not properly cleaned and the floors were sticky.
